Four recent graduates discuss their first years of practical experience and work in the field of arts education, ranging from administrative duties, teaching artistry, full-time classroom teaching, and the start-up of a new educational theater company.
This session examined how young people gain interest in arts education, the search for positions in the field, the various routes one may choose to take with this background, and ideas about future professional development, trends, and practices.
